The competition
Our best Baristas have 15 minutes to compete with each other.
In this time they must:
- set the coffee grinder to the correct level
- Prepare, in any order:
- 4 perfect espresso coffees
- 4 Cappuccinos
- 4 espressos with a dash of milk
Bonus
Bonuses will be awarded for:
- the preparation of other "takeaway" drinks, cappuccino or espresso
- the presentation of drinks using "latte art".
Points
Our Baristas will be awarded points according to:
Professionalism, Coffee, Knowledge, Latte Art, Skills, Speed, Efficiency, Style, Barista Skills, Cleanliness, Organisation and Presentation.
